Pay Rise for passing an exam 7 Months ago

I worked for this stack emissions company for 10 months now and today I really lost my nerves. I was doing accreditation for one of their analyzers. They had this analyzer lying in storage room for over a year and half and did not use it very often. Other people before me tried to pass this analyzer through accreditation and have failed. I have succeeded where they have failed, today I successfully defended accreditation, there will still be some improvements to be done, but baseline is they couldn’t have done it without me. I really have done them a huge favour by doing this.
Also I passed MCERTS level 1 exam in December 2009 and became eligible for pay rise which I haven’t received. Also together with me there were also two of my co-workers who have also passed the exam in December 2009 and they have received pay rise in January. Every member has so far received a pay rise for passing an exam. Also I spent my own money to pay for this exam.
So I passed one of their analyzers through accreditation and an exam for personal certification. I asked my boss about it and he said we have to sit down and discuss this, but I think he’s just trying to avoid the issue. I mean other members have received this pay rise without any questions asked; you get it automatically just for passing an exam.
What should I do? Should I complain? I really don’t feel like begging for something that I should be rightfully mine.

Keep all evidence - emails, memos, documenst etc regarding your pay rise claim.
You could raise a grievance - if you feel you are entitled to this pay rise - write to your manager and formally request an answer as to why you have not had the pay rise?

No point. I've spoken to the manager and he said why should I give you payrise? Cheeky bastard. After all I have done. Reason is quite simple. I didn't receive pay rise, because I didn't agree to follow their dirty little scheme. Meaning they pay for my exams and I have to work for them. Two years for each exam. My company wants to keep me for a longer period of time. This scheme they've got in place is on verbal agreement basis, it's not in written form. I'd say just to protect their asses, so they can deny everything in case.
I can't work for company who is economizing everywhere where possible, just so they can increase their profit. When they are cutting cost are work gets harder. So I said my boss he can keep his precious money and can fully expect my resignation within half year, by which time hopefully I'll find something better.
